I recently bought a Tektronix 7854 oscilloscope, and I am interested in
transferring waveforms over the GPIB so that I can save them on my PC.

Tektronix has a few examples in their literature, but most involve
communicating with a TEK 4050 which I don't have.

I am using a CEC (Capital Equipment Corporation) CEC488 card, so I would
like to do all programming using the library functions that came with the
card.

I have some flexibility regarding the programming language, and have access
to Delphi, QuickBasic, and Turbo C.

Any help would be appreciated.
