programming CY7C63723 with CY3649 without adapter

Hi everybody,

Does anyone know how to do a home made adapter to program CY7C63723 (DIL 18)
with Cypress USB programmer for starter (CY3649) ?

Cypress adapters are just too expensive since only point to point connection
is required.
