problems with visibility in Cadence

Sometimes while we work on a big design in layout view the entire design
becomes not visible on the screen. Furthermore once it happens the other
designs are not visible also. The only solution we know is to exit
Cadence and re enter.Is there any way to solve it?? Thanks

Just a quick check: Did you already have contact with Cadence support,
and what operating system do you run and which version of the Cadence
tools do you run.
