hi all,
if i want to run two or more dc sweeps simultaneously, for instance,
sweep v1 dc 0 5 0.1 and v1 dc 5 0 -0.1 at the same time in one ade
environment, how to setup ADE's DC simulation and display the result
waveform in one axis with ADE'S waveform displayer. ADE offer only one
dc sweep setup window for user input.
Much appreciated.

You might want to check the Parametric Tool available over the 'Tools' menu in
ADE. It's running your analysis over settable variable ranges.

The particular case you are describing can be done via the 'hysteresis sweep' option available in
spectre 6.1. It's a dc sweep which is operated in both directions (there is a checkbox in ADE GUI
for this).

In the general case however, you can't run multiple dc sweeps in the same ADE session,
unfortunately. You might want do this with an OCEAN script as a workaround.

Starting from IC 6.1, you can define multiple 'tests' in ADE-XL, which allows you to run multiple
instances of a same analysis.

Cheers,
Stéphane
