problem in monte carlo analysis for large runs

Hi,

I'm trying to perform a MonteCarlo simulation.

I have given 1000 runs but after 100-150 runs its fails to store
scaler data in file "mcdata" and "mcdata.iter" , but simulation is
still
running continuously.
could you plz tell me what is running wrong there?
