Primetime: Path Coordinate Information

Hi all:

Primeitme gives me a list of paths. I need to highlight them on layout
in GDS2. Even a text file listing coordiantes of the path segments
will do.

Is it anyway to do this using Primetime? Can Primetime read a DEF file
and also prints the extra coordinate information in the path file?

If not, any other way to do this besides reading and processing DEF?
