Anyone got any good tips for doing a good quality double sided board?
My current thinking is to drill two large holes in the board
pre-marking and line up the holes with circles in the peel film.

Any tips welcome!
J

I put *tiny* holes at opposite corners of the board.
After ironing 1 side on, I drilled those 2 holes out
and used stick pins thru them to line up side 2 of the blue stuff.

Start ironing where the pins aren't
and after enough of the toner has adhered,
pull the pins out and finish ironing.

chinese fab houses offer good deals for small runs.

I'd use small holes and pins to line it up.

I place to strips of PCB between the sheets.
They will have the same thickness as the PCB, you can easily hold it
against the light to see if you lined them up correctly.

One thing should be said, this only works fine if you can illuminated
both side of the PCB at the same time.
