power transistor & relay

Hi all

I'm trying to build the "Optoisolated higher power circuit" described at:

http://www.hut.fi/Misc/Electronics/circuits/parallel_output.html

This would be to control general 115VAC appliances (few amps at most). I
have most parts figured out except for the "T2 Power transistor" and the
Relay, which ones would be required/recommended? What do I have to look for?
FYI - I'm getting the parts from digikey.com.
