power supply unit dead

I have Amiga 2000 with dead power supply unit. When its turned on,
clicking is heard from it and fan tries to rotate. It seems that
electrolytic capacitors have leaked, but I'm not sure. BTW this Amiga
was kept in a VERY humid place. It is all covered in rust.

Should I replace those capacitors (quite a few of them)?
Any way to check if something else is wrong ?

I am amateur but still have a voltmeter and soldering iron.
Where should they be used(what parts are likely to be bad)?

I think you should replace the complete supply! I would not trust to
service it, after your description. When these supplies fail, it is
generally more than the caps. There were a lot of these machines made. It
may be possible to find a used supply, even though a new one was not very
expensive in its day.
