I have posted the AI Phone message, twice, in an attemp to get it to show up
in it's own ranking (i.e. At level 1) but it keeps showing up under the
Heading of "Strange FPU..." as if it were a reply to that post. It was NOT
a reply and I posted it as a "New Post". Why did it go under this other
post (twice)? Thanks for your advice.

Both posts show with subject as AI Phone and AI Phone information here, no
reference to strange FPU

You are using Outlook Express from the looks of your message headers...
Outlook at times will show messages like they are a follow up to a previous
message. Indented and all. Why? I dunno. Just happens that way.

Rest assured that it's not a follow-up to the "Strange FPU" post.

I see your two posts as two seperate, new messages.

Hi!

I'm curious to know what you used to apply the background image to your
toolbar and if you could send me a copy of that background file? The
reply-to is valid and will work after minor repairs.

Thanks!

I'll email you as well, but also post here just in case anyone else has an
interest.

I'm running Windows 98se, which is considered outdated these days, but I
still prefer the stability and ease of use it gives me. Of course, it takes
a lot of tweaking and tuning to get it to run fairly smooth!!

Anyhow, that being said, I'm therefore running IE5 and OE 5. Back in the
day, Microsoft released a small add-on called simply "Toolbar Wallpaper."
There are third-party add-ons that will do the same thing, but they usually
do so much more... That I really don't want done to my toolbars. I simply
wanted the background texture. And it works flawlessly and doesn't slow
down the system. Also, as you've seen, it affects Outlook Express as well.
Whatever wallpaper you choose in IE is also usd for OE.

You can search Google for "IE Toolbar Wallpaper" and the first result is a
download from the Microsoft website. The installer is a mere 150kb, so it
takes absolutely no time to download...even on dial-up.

The only thing I wish it also did was allow me to add "wallpaper" to the
Windows Explorer toolbars. I'm sure there is a registry hack I could do...
I've just never persued it.

(PS- Let's keep this on-topic for S.E.R... My TV died. What should I do?
lol)

Thanks to all who responded. I appreciate the rapid replies. I am using
Outlook Express, so I guess I will just have to live with it's flaws.

I have found that before using Outlook Express you should go through the
Options and tabs within each option and read them carefully,
deselecting/selecting any option you may require. It stops OE from doing
things that you may not want to have done. Also customize your toolbar, to
stopy you sending a letter to the wrong people, for instance. Once you have
customized everything you should be OK.
