Possible outsourcing work for Viewdraw/Allegro house

Due to a heavy, but probably temporary, workload, we are currently
considering outsourcing several of our upcoming PCB layouts. We use
Innoveda Viewdraw as a schematic entry tool, and Allegro as our PCB
layout tool. The work is for high speed, impedance controlled PCBs,
probably in the vicinity of 12 layers and being roughly 16 x 8".

Anybody got any recommendations of good design houses, or conversely,
those to stay well away from?

Also, what's the approx charge-out rate I should expect to pay for
quality work?

We've used Plexus in Scotland in the past, they've a great deal of expertise
when it comes to High Speed design and the like.

www.plexus.com

Always found them willing to pull out all the stops.
