Can anyone tell me which one of the PTC in the WES catalog will
replace this?

There are two types of 3-legged PTC. (Actually 3 types -- one is white
Philips type). The only difference between them is position of third leg.

If you get the wrong one, just make an extra hole in PCB. Many TVs actually
have footprint to accomodate both types.
