I need verilog code for polyphase FIR filter(using
Decimation,deciamation phase and interpolation).If any one having
verilog code or otherwise if have any information on polyphase FIR

Priya,
There is a very good book available " Digital Signal Processing with
Field Programmable Gate Arrays" by Meyer-Baese, Uwe , which will give
you a good starter for polyphase filter.
