hello,

For a pod (poly-on-diffusion) capacitor, which terminal is preferred
to be the stable one?
At what voltage, vdd or gnd?
PLUS terminal: polygate
MINUS terminal : buried N region (what exactlly is this ? is it like
N+)
WELL/SUBSTRATE: high voltage substrate that should be grounded via
guard ring.

The pod capacitors is used as decoupling capacitor.

BTW, I was told that there is an additionnal current path in pod
capacitors, that does not exist in poly-on-poly capacitors, is this
true ?

Thank you
Frank
