1. Spectre RF Pnoise question regarding "Adding specific time points"
- To do a tdnoise simulation just for a few time points
-- I select tdnoise in the "Noise type" field
--. I uncheck:
a. Noise skip count
b. Number of points
--. I check
a. Add specific points
b. & include 3 time points that I'm interested
in.(mainly 3 time points during a switching transition)
Even though I've included only 3 time points, still spectre RF
seems to simulate up to about 8 time points, taking a lot of time
a. Is that expected?
OR
b. Is this is a Known problem? If so any solution?
OR
c. Am I doing something screwy?
2. Sometimes when some window in a cadence session hangs, I'm forced to
kill that window in linux (KDE: Alt+ctrl+esc). Of course the whole
session is terminated because of this. Is there any way to terminate
just one errant window without destroying the whole session? Or is that
theoretically impossible?
thanks,
Jose
