hello every one
i want to write code verilog with pli(program language interface) that:
count toggle(transient) the net or the register in circuit.
how can i write it i don't know c very well.
please help me.

You should check if the simulator you are using has support for the newer DPI interface. It's a lot easier to use than PLI.
