Hi all !

My VCR TV combo SAMSUNG CXJ2135 have vertical problem , It have only half
size of normal . I don't know how to access the service mode of that model
and it just out of warranty , hope someone can give me the service mode
access code

reported with your VCR TV combo can NOT be "fixed" by any service menu
adjustments or any physical adjustments........ there is a component and/or
circuitry failure that MUST be repaired.
Too many folks have the impression,that in this computer age, that all
repairs can be effected just by accessing menus and software.......
watching too many movies and television shows must be the reason for this
mis-information.
At the very least you should TAKE your VCR TV combo to a service shop for a
repair cost estimate so you can make an intelligent repair decision with
facts instead of internet or telephone guesses. An experienced and
knowledgeable tech with the proper test equipment, tools and replacement
parts will actually have to see and touch your unit in order to give you an
accurate diagnosis..... TAKE it to a shop.

This is from defective components, not by software changing. The internal
software was set up from the factory and was working correctly. You must
take the set in for proper service, to change the failed components. If you
change the software settings, you will compound the problem.

You have to take the set in for proper service to make it work properly
again.

Bad capacitor in the vertical output section. Take it to an authorized
servicer.
