Hi hope I've found the right place to ask this. I'm looking for plans
for a device that someone with little experience can follow (well I can
use a soldering iron but that's about it). What I'm looking for is a
more sufisticated version of this:

The problem with this device is that it only works on 110 volts and only
supports a small number of amps total pull. I'd like to be able to use
sepperate circuits for both the tool and the accesory and different
voltages.
I have a 220 volt table saw and i want to turn my 110 volt dust
collector on when the table saw is turned on and off whe the talbe saw
gets turned off. I think it would be really nice if I could add an
adjustable time delay so that I could set a number of seconds, say 5 -
10, and shut off the dust collectdor after the table saw.
