I am doing job in C since 1.5 years. I have knowledge in digital
design and verilog..

Can I get any chance to enter in VLSI domain???

What you need to do is start with EDA which is core software but works
on making tools that used by VLSI engineers

YOu may also try startups, they know that people learn the things
while at job, that will help. Also that SystemC is there which might
make use of your C coding knowledge to implement HDL finally, \
