A regular poster to several Aus. groups has the ability to vent excessive
venom upon unsuspecting posters. This regular poster has a background which,
if you were aware of it, would make you inclined you have sympathy and
heartfelt consideration toward him and the severe emotional trauma he went
through as a baby.
You see this poster was actually born a siamese twin, and only through the
endeavours of Australia's best specialists was his brother detached from
him, however, only after many hours of the most detailed and delicate
surgery performed under the most demanding conditions. You see, this poster,
when born, was the smaller of conjoined twins, and the conjoining was a most
unusal variation of this deformity.
The form of conjoinedness in this instance was a combination of two
previously seen forms of the deformity, Pygopagus where the deformants are
conjoined at the posterior, and Thoracopagus where the deformants are joined
at the upper front half of the trunk. In this instance the conjoining was
from the front chest of the larger twin onto the rear trunk of the smaller
twin with close attachement between the lower stomach of the larger twin and
the posterior of the smaller twin. This is the first time this form of
conjoining has been seen by the medical profession and was named by the
medical profession as Thorpfucphillagus.
What made the unjoining of this unusual pair so difficult for the medical
profession was the continuous movement of the larger twin. It is thought
that the larger twin had a significant excess of the male hormone
testosterone which resulted in well developed sex organ and a very high
level of sexual activity for one so young. The larger twin, from the day the
twins were born, continuously engaged in anal intercourse with his smaller
sibling.The continuous movement meant the surgeons had to be particularly
careful performing this delicate surgery. They waited several days believing
the movement would have to stop when the more developed twin tired, however,
the little bugger had more stamina they you could imagine.
The end result was that the smaller twin suffered severely and was totally
