Plasma Power suppy fried

A friend has two large Plasma screens with burned out power supplies.
He's a Broadcast Maintenance Engineer at a 24 hour news channel and can



fix any electronic equipment if he has a schematic or can identify the
parts.


These units are NEC PX-42VP4A


Does anyone have a schematic, service manual or insight into where to
get the following part, BLQH, which looks like a surface mount
transistor or insight into what the equivalent parts is?


NEC has been unresponsive to requests for a service manual or
schematic.

Probable the items are considered board level repair, however NEC should be
able to supply comprehensive service manuals for the items inclusive of
schematics, parts listing, etc. I presume he as already contacted them??
