Pioneer vsx 425 fault

Hi Al, i have a pioneer vsx425 home audio amp in for repair with the
folowing problem.
When mains switched on the standby light comes up then faintly flashes.No
other functions.Traced it to the 5v stby circuit but cannot pinpoint
culprit.
Has anyone seen this before.

Fixed the fault.Supplied and external 5v rail and unit ok.
Tracked it back to the 5v sb power supply,found leaky diode.
