Pioneer TV monitor model SD25A

This unit came in with a no power symptom. You can hear a relay click
when power is activated but there is no HV or sound. Pioneer says no
schematics or parts available but If I could at least take a look at a
service manual I would feel better than just condemming it without a
fight. Does anyone have any information on this unit or perhaps a
schematic they could share with me? The customer apparently paid a lot
of money for this set back in 1985 and it appears to have been a
quality piece of equipment, and whats more he's very serious about
getting it repaired if at all possible. Thanks very much for any
assistance. Lenny Stein, Barlen Electronics.

No schematic available any longer, we pitched it several years ago due
to limited storage space for manuals. We have only seen two of those
models in the last 7 years.

As an FYI, both had bad h-driver transformers, long since NLA from
Pioneer.

Did HW Sams put out a schematic on that one, If there is a Sams on it
I would bet Pembleton Electronics in Fort Wayne, IN probably has the
SAMS as they wound up with four or five complete sets of Sams prints
as repair shops folded up.
