Pioneer Elite Projection TV Problem

Purchased about 7 months ago and was pretty happy with it. However
now I have a problem - over the air, satellite, and VCR signals are
now in black and white. DVD through component video connections still
has color. Also unusual, if on one of the three B&W sources and do a
split screen or bring up 9 small "search" screens - picture is in
color except for one part. When go back to full screen for the
source, however, back to B&W. Has anyone had a similar problem with
the product? Thanks.
 
Call Pioneer and arrange for warranty service. Unless you bought it used,
then you still need to call someone with lots of Pioneer RPTV experience.

Unless you bought it used, Pioneer has a 2- year warranty on Elite product.
