Pioneer DV-606D Player

Weird symbol for what looks like a Solid State rectifier. Three parallel bars
with a slanted line running through them. The label on the circuit board is
D102. The part is labeled SKV 682. This is in a Pioneer DV-606D DVD player.
Fuse blows. Traced to this part, removed it and it measures about 0.2 ohms
either direction so am sure it is blown.
Can anyone help me to find a replacement?

Thanks in advance.

Paul

It's a TVS diode, for overvoltage protection. designed to short in the event
of high line voltage. Connected in paralell with the incoming AC right?
Replace with K1V26

I agree, replace with a K1V26. The original looks like an MOV, but Pioneer
doesn't supply it. They used the K1V26 on earlier models, and I talked with
their techs about it, the K1V26 is OK in this circuit.
