What chip will cross with the Pioneer house labelled PAC007A amplifier
chip?

Never saw a PAC if you mean PA007A, yes, but
not all of it, the 06 and 07 have a switched supply out
that no others I have found have. There are several
that can replace them but all require an addtional circuit
for the SW ant. out.

These are audio amp chips from and A/V receiver. it IS PAC007A.

Might call Pioneer and ask, sometimes they will know
if there is one.

Just read on another group try STK4231 type2.
Check for base number on back of IC.
