Hello, World

I'm looking for pinouts of prom TMM2364P from Toshiba (8kx8).
Thank you to email me if you have the answer.

Thank you.

Hi!

Should be the same as any 2764 EPROM?

Yours, Mark.

Hello,

Not the same as 2764.
The memory works (programmed), but if I read it with my EPROM
programmer,
only FF appears.
It's a 28 pins chip.
On the motherboard, 6 sockets can accept these chips.
I try to put at GND or VCC pins 20,22,26 and 27, but all combinaisons
give me FF.
Pin 01 seems not be connected (from many databooks).
And my eprom programmer works very well for many others eproms.

Thank you for your proposition.

Cordialy.

Hello,

Please, read my e-mail, it's a 28 pins, not (definitely not) 24 pins.
Before I posted this question, I have looking for on the Internet (about
1 hour),
I saw this link (and many others), but the number of pins is different.

Thank you.

I'm looking for pinouts of prom TMM2364P from Toshiba (8kx8).
I think this is a mask-ROM, not a PROM. Maybe this:

Hello,

Thank you for the pinouts.
I'm triyng to read this ROM (mask), with 20,22,26 and 27 pinouts to GND
or VDD (5-6v),
but I can't read nothing but FF (all combinaions tested).
I think that this chips are dead.
Or these mask-rom are protected against read, they are WOM ;-)))))

I put the one page I found on this on
ftp://ftp.eskimo.com/u/m/mzenier/TMM2364sum.pdf
out of the 1982 IC Master.

Things to note: The addresses are latched on the edge of CE/
and the chip selects are mask programmed as to polarity and could
be either low or high active.

I'm afraid that the original Toshiba datasheet will not add much more
information, but anyway, it's here:

Hello,

Thank you very much to Piotr Piatek and Mark Zenier.
The original Toshiba "power on", and the 'thinks to note' from Mark can
explain why
my Eprom programmer (old, without choise for Motorola eeprom products)
can't read it.

So the hope that they are not dead come back...

Thank you.
