Where would I source a pinchroller for a JVC HRS-9500 S-VHS video deck?
(U.K. source preferable)
And how exactly would I fit it? (I don't see how the pinchroller comes apart
for replacement.)
Problem that I get is that when TDK tape is wound through the machine, (even
new tape), it will not record any longer without creating persistent buzzing
on hi-fi sound tracks.
Even one tape run thru machine can cause problems - needing a subsequent
manual clean (so that other brands will work). So maybe pinchroller is
problem, being rubber can attract more dirt than guide posts (or capstan),
and any wear maybe showing up more with this one brand.
