Hello i am pretty new to PIC's, i currently use 16F877A
and i try to use Dallas iButton DS1992 as security key.
But i don't succeed in using OWIN function to get access
of the ROM serial number....
So if someone knows how to do it right and want to share, please send me a
message.

Thanks

Whose version of Basic are you using?

The OWIN function is that the one off of the Maxim support site or the one
inbuilt into your compiler ?

Are you unable to talk to the iButton at all or just parts of it?

I have some C code for accessing the 1904 RTC iButton, and somewhere some
other generic routines for the whole series.

Do you have a 4k7 resistor as the pullup?
