Philips TV Schematic for 9" AC/DC TV

I have a philips model: CCZ092AT01 9" Color TV that I am looking for
the schematic. It works fine when operated from 12VDC but when
plugged in to 120V AC outlet it doesn't work. Something is wrong in
the power supply I suppose and I want to see if I can fix it. Is
there a place that i can get the schematic or at least the power
supply portion of it at no cost? Any help is appreciated. Thanks,

IF HW Sams ever had a schematic available, your only low cost option is to
find it at your large city local library and pay the copier to make the
copies you need.

Otherwise you can buy the service manual from Philips if it is still
available.
