Philips TV Pale Green Screen

I have a 32" Philips Widescreen TV which every so often seems to
switch to a pale green screen with sqiggley lines on it. To get rid of
it I turn the TV on/off.

I have SKY Digital, VCR & DVD connected via Scart leads.

I removed all the leads & it seems to still be happening but not as
regular as when all other devices connected.

Can anyone tell me what the problem might be????

It needs repaired.
More specifically, it needs a proper diagnosis by a qualified technican by
making measurements in the set while it is acting up. More than likely you
will need to take the set into a Philips Authorized servicer for repair on a
model this new.
