Philips 32M800 R3451 & R3452 Need Value

I've got a 32M800 that has intermittent shutdown because X-ray
protection is triggered when no fault exists. I was told to replace
R3451 with OEM 2306 204 03278 2R7 & replace R3452 with OEM 2312 915
15602 5K6. Does anyone know the value of these?
