PCell strech handle

Hi,

Does anybody know on which system layer the PCell stretch handle is drawn.

I have customer design kit and want to add a PCell with stretch handles,
but I can not select and stretch it.

I I made all layers valid and selectable it works.

So I assume that the system layer on which the stretch handle is drawn
is not selectable in the techfile.
I want to change that, but I don't know the layer.

Sorry, my mistake.

I draw a dummy layer on instance drawing on which the stretch
handles were assigned.
And forgot to make the instance drawing layer selectable.
