´dlk´ sources available for free now (non-commercial use or evaluation).

The ´digital logic kernel´ (´dlk´) is an easy applicable system construction
kit for developing FPGA based digital systems. For development and
production of ´dlk´ based FPGA systems no programming devices,
pre-programmed or special parts are needed. The system includes a standard
interface to the PC for fast communication and comfortable administration
purposes.

+ PC interface (FPGA based, via parallel port, including SPP, PS2 and EPP
mode)
+ JTAG (Xilinx Parallel Cable III, DLC5) emulation in FPGA for CPLD or FPGA
programming
+ CPLD logic for boot process and FPGA configuration from bytewide standard
FLASH memory
+ software for systems administration
+ device driver for Windows operating systems
+ demo board schematic with application examples and MCU software
