I wonder what kind of margins some of you other servicers use on large parts
like circuit boards. Often the manufacturers list prices are erratic and
ridiculous. For instance a Sony circuit board with a $12 margin on a $200+
cost.
I know some will not want to state their margins, some will come back with
obvious "it depends on the market", etc. I am really interested in the
method you use for pricing your parts and not in an obvious discussion of
how every shop and market is different. You can email me privately if you
