Part to replace thyristor

I'm overhauling an old power supply that was handed down to me. The
case of a thyristor is broken (ST Micro #BTW69-200NS). The only
readily available replacements I can find are BTW69-600 and
BTW69-1200. Will these work?

I've tried purchasing it (BTW69-200NS) from a obsolete part vendor,
but all I need is one, and shipping to Canada becomes expensive.

Sounds like a crowbar thyristor, hence the low operating voltage of 200.

The other two will be fine (600V and 1200V) unless there is something
super-critical in the circuit in respect of firing currents, but generally
they'd be OK.
