parallel CRC equation generator

Hi All,

I have developed a web based program to generate parellel CRC equations in
VHDL format.
its a generic program and can generate parallel CRC equations for any data
width and CRC polynomial.

Please feel free to use it and report any bug to me (i guess its fairly
sanitized).
