Panasonic WJ-AVE5 question

Don't remember if this has always been that way, or if it is old age,
but after putting video through this mixer, there is a very noticeable
reduction in brightness and a greenish hue of the video.
There are no external adjustments for color correction (I believe
the next model up had those), but there are plenty of internal pots.
Unfortunately they are unmarked and I'm not sure if a schematic is
still available for these units anywhere.

Just wondering if anyone ever worked on these WJ-AVE5 mixers
and remembers whether any of the internal pots can be used to
correct - or at least improve the degradation in hue and brightness?

Had my WJ-AVE5 for over 10 years; it displays no "degradation in hue and
brightness" or color cast. Have you asked Panasonic USA about a maintenance
manual?

....
I didn't know a "maintenance manual" was available. An e-mail to
Panasonic Canada requesting a schematic or service manual was
returned advising me that they only sell those to "authorized service
centers" - although a few years ago I phoned them for a service
manual for one of those "all-in-one" phones, and they mailed me
one and didn't even charge me for it.

When I have some extra time, I'll take the WJ-AVE5 apart again
and check it for any leaking caps etc... or see if I can find some pots
trial and error that will adjust the hue and brightness. -Ron

I've repaired several WJ-AVE5, WJ-MX30, 50's and WJ-AVE7, do not turn
any controls. Electrolytic caps are drying out and need to be
replaced. There could be 15 to 45 caps that need to be replaced
