Panasonic TV, CT-32SF36A, Problem: Circular Rainbow pattern

Turned on the TV this morning to find the colors on the screen are
displayed in a circular rainbow pattern. Any ideas on what the trouble
could be? The set is approx 5 years old.

Either it has top be degaussed or you dropped it. I should do it automatically
when you turn the set on.It could be the degaussing circuit is not working
