Hi,
Player is seems to be working fine but after a while the player goes erratic
and some capacitors on the dvd board are very hot. Also Q703 and 708 are
very hot then. I guess a supply voltage is too high. Voltage on a 2,4 v
capacitor is 9v(?)
Also the cooling fan is not working.
Any ideas?
I don't have schematics.

Found a shorted ic on the dvd board. Looks like smd power regulator. Number
on the ic : 213 5630
