panasonic NV-SD25 VCR

Hello everybody,

I'm triing to repair my panasonic NV-SD25 VCR.
The head seems not to be well aligned, because the image has horizontal
lines, or it continuously moves.
Setting manually the vertical alignment with the remote works a little bit,
but the lines never completely disappear.

So could anyone explain me how to repair that ?
