Panasonic Euro 2L tuning fault

Hello all,

This TX21 MD1 goes into a flickering horizontal lined picture and eventually
loses RF tuning about 5 minutes after switch on. In another 5 minutes or so
the channels come back one at a time (in any random order) and it is then
fine. At all times the AV/SCART input is perfect.

Any help appreciated.
