I made a stupid mistake and altered the R CUT, G CUT and B CUT settings
on my TV before realizing that there were two different numbers
involved. I didn't note the first number. Now, if I display a color bar
pattern, the colors look awful; the yellow looks green. Can anyone offer
some advice on how to fix this?

By setting it again until it is good.
Seriously, you should have not messed with the service menu.

Either have a service tech come out and adjust the set or purchase the
service manuals from Panasonic and learn how to set them properly yourself.
Either way it will cost you some $$$.

The generic base values for RGB should Be 0. This is for a
color-balanced picture. Each base color; Magenta, Green, and
Cyan can be varied +/- 0-255.
If you have a picture viewer with adjustments on your
computer, load a picture and play with the RGB values, note
results. Perhaps then you can manually tweak the settings to
get pure color bars in the service mode.

Input a true Black & White video signal. Adjust the R , G , B cut off
for a gray picture in the dark areas, not the bright areas. A value
near 128 is a good starting point. If the Drive setting were not
changed you could get the screen back to a good black and white
screen. With a proper gray scale the color will then look normal.
