Panasonic CT-27G31U

I'm trying to troubleshoot a power supply problem in a Panasonic CT-27G31U
chassis. The set won't start and I get a high pitched squeal after the
"Power" button is pressed which remains until you unplug the set.

Does anyone have a schematic that could provide the power supply section, or
know of a reasonable source to purchase one?

Yea, squeel means shorted horiz out transistor. Could have shorted from bad
solder connections on the driver transformer, or a shorted diode.
