With AC line voltage 110V the B+ is 130V but the picture
is scrambled and the horizontal frequency is more than 16KHz.
Lowering the AC to about 104V the B+ is 117V this brings back the picture
and the horizontal frequency is almost correct.
The horizontal size is ofcourse smaller.
The horizontal Ucc on pin 45 is 6.2V - that's OK according to the AN5163
datasheet.
Replaced the jungle IC AN5163 and the oscillator crystal X501 and still have
the same problem.
Did anybody ran in to this before? Any suggestions, besides writing it off?
Thanks.

Bad electrolytic capacitors. ESR all of them. There are three main ones
that will be bad, near the center of the pcb?
Been so long I cannot remember the location without seeing the pcb in
person.
