Hello all,

I picked up one of these that is not working. It is displaying the 10 blink
error code that can be a number of faults. Has anyone serviced this model?
Does anyone have the detailed service information for finding the source of
the code? I have the regular service manual. Again, the model is TH-42PZ77U.

Thanks for reading,
Tom

The service manual is available at Elektrotanya.
http://elektrotanya.com/?q=showresult&what=th-42pz77u&kategoria=&kat2=all

The download manual appears at the lower right of the second page
after a delay of a minute or more.

Thanks Bill,

I have that manual. I have seen more detailed troubleshooting documents
related to that set. It reportedly gives flow charts to drill down to the
actual fault. The 10 blink error code can be from up to five different
boards.

I think I have narrowed it down to a bad Vda supply.

Regards,
Tom
