Panasonic 35" (Verticle Size)

After a power surge, set has increased verticle size (aproximately 3"
top and bottom. Is the verticle size adjust manual and inside on the
chassis or can it be adjusted from the remote. If remote, what are
the entry and adjust codes??

You've got a component failure, adjustment won't fix it.

Power supply problems due to the power surge or other circuitry and
component failures can not be fixed via chassis or menu adjustments ......
get your television proper fixed very soon or more than likely there will be
additional failures due to the faulty circuitry..... and as a result a much
higher repair shop bill.
