Can anyone tell me where I can buy a 100V line P.A. Amplifer and speakers
from in sydney?

I have tried Jaycar and Dickies without any luck. I guess some kind of
audio/visual shop is what im after...

Altronics sell them. www.altronics.com.au Perth based mail order.
Toa and Redback are both good brands.

You may want to try ProAudio in Canberra. They've been known to provide

free shipping to out-of-state buyers.
