Where usually find pater of components?

You will find the land patterns (and indeed all the necessary
dimensions for each appropriate layer) in either the part datasheet or
a separate package datasheet, referenced from the original part
datasheet.

They have a library of nothing but part patterns.

Copy the appropriate pattern using the Library Executive and so on.....
