Yellowstone flows east into the Missouri River which itself is already flooding in Montana due to the same heavy rains and record snow melt. I\'m sure the increased flow from Yellowstone isn\'t going to help that situation. The Missouri then continues east to join up with the Mississippi and then into the Gulf at NOLA. The equivalent watershed is already so humongous for those two humongous rivers, I wouldn\'t expect the Yellowstone event to amount to much UNLESS they\'re already at flood stage like the Missouri is.
